Best Ever Açai Bowl
- 1 açai pak
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 cups of frozen mixed berries (mine had strawberries, wild blueberries & raspberries)
- 1 scoop of vegan vanilla bean protein powder
- ⅓ cup of non dairy milk —add more as needed
- Blend in a high speed blender until smooth & creamy, use the tamper to push all the ingredients towards the blades, stopping and scraping down as needed!
- Topped w/ my homemade cinnamon crunch granola (recipe on my website & feed), fresh strawberries & a drizzle of PB!
